An incredible chef has been taking the internet by storm recently after becoming CEO of Dipalicious a vegan dip company who provide a tasty selection of healthy vegan snacks that everyone can enjoy.

Omari McQueen has always had a passion for cooking and from a very young age he would bake with his mother and siblings to create a range of mouthwatering sweet treats.

Omari’s parents decided to teach Omari how to cook from the age of seven along with his older brother as their mother was unable to cooking in their kitchen due to frequent hemiplegic migraines so the family needed help when their father was working.

Omari’s passion for cooking started to grow and he set about creating his own meals for the family to enjoy.

He is now the youngest award winning vegan chef in the UK which is no small feat as well as being the CEO and founder of Dipalicious. Three awards he has won are the TruLittle Hero Award which was awarded for being the Entrepreneur Hero under twelve 2018 by Cause4Children Ltd, the Compassionate Kids award which commended his entrepreneurial flair that he uses to help animals and the Proud and Gifted Award in recognition of not only being an amazingly talented vegan chef but also a youth empowerment speaker who encourages other children to become entrepreneurs too.

Omari McQueen started Dipalicious on his YouTube channel which broadcast videos showcasing personalized vegan pizza recipes which he made himself as he felt that the pizza was to dry but  didn’t know if Heinz Tomato sauce was vegan so as any entrepreneur would do, made his first dip which is called ‘tThe Caribbean kick‘. After allowing his family to taste the new dip it got very good reviews so Omari decided to start selling his dip to others and created two more dips to start his business venture.

Omari McQueen now has a wide selection of dips including “Sweet Tooth”, “Coco Curry”, “Luv’in Jerk” and “Sour Breeze” as well as snacks, juice packs and seasoning  which he hopes will make him enough money to buy his very own bus to convert into a touring restaurant. Omari shows no signs of stopping with more releases to come such as his balanced pre prepared vegan meals for children.

Omari McQueen actually decided he wanted to learn to be a chef a while before he decided to go vegan and it was only when he watched a PETA UK video which changed his views as he wanted to make food that everyone could eat. After going vegan Omari was even more determined than ever to teach young kids that they too could go vegan and about where their food comes from as well as learning more about veganism himself.
