With festivals happening every weekend at the moment glitter is selling out everywhere!

It has become a trend sensation in the last few years for festival goers and summer vacationists around the world wearing glitter in their hair, face and even bikini line.

EcoStardustOne of the companies who launched in 2017 have gone from strength to strength touring the UK festival scene to spread the word about their fantastic brand.

EcoStardust sell biodegradable glitter to the masses its made with cellulose from plants which is derived from non-GMO sustainably farmed eucalyptus trees!

EcoStardust

The team at EcoStardust are self confessed glitter addicts. They cover themselves in it and like to throw it around like confetti at parties which sounds pretty fun to me!

The company was founded when the owner threw herself a glitter themed birthday party but after reading the ingredients it lost its sparkle for her. She discovered she was just filling the world with tiny pieces of plastic and no matter how glittery there were she didn’t want to be a part of that.

She began on a mission to find an alternative eco-friendly and biodegradable solution which laid before her.

She wanted to be able to provide people with the vibrant glitter that we know and love but with none of the effects that plastic glitter has on the environment.

EcoStardust

Two of the core values that the hardworking shiny team at EcoStardust hold close at all times is to not only inform people about the issues this has on our environment but also to give back to the world they live in.

EcoStardust glitter is not only sustainable and eco-friendly but it is also vegan, cruelty free and has won a Blue Patch New Business Award in 2018 which is awarded to businesses who are lucky enough to catch the attention of its hardworking team who are always on the lookout for businesses who are taking such a prioritized approach to awareness and tackling environmental issues.

They give 10% of their profits to charities and groups who also aid in tackling environmental issues. Surfers against sewage, City to Sea and Greenpeace are their top three organisations who they currently donate to.
