I know it may be a little bit early in the year to be mentioning the C word but we couldn’t not tell you about this new release from Aldi.

Aldi have been bringing out so much vegan food this year I think I’ve put on quite a lot of weight due to making it my mission to try it all. In their latest release they have announced that they are releasing a vegan festive range of foods to make sure your Christmas is full of options.

You will be able to choose from a range of nibbles, party food, stunning main courses and indulgent desserts that to the food creators at the budget supermarket.

There’s a nut roast with root vegetable roast with cranberry sauce, crunchy roast potatoes as well as apple and walnut stuffing to taste and we want to try it all!

They have literally thought of everything for their vegan festive range, there’s vegan gravy which they have a recipe for here and you can even check their website where they have a list of all their vegan wines for you so there’s no more checking the back label of every bottle before being able to get your favourite fizzy Christmas cheer.

For those wanting the link to the vegan wine list its here, thank me later.

Other Christmas recipes listed on their website include sweet potato, coconut and coriander soup, roasted radishes, Christmas cake and mince pies.

Aldi have taken all the stress out of Christmas cooking so you can spend more time sampling the the Christmas wine with their ready to go vegan festive range packs including the Mexican party pack which includes mini vegetable pibil filled tacos, bbq jackfruit tortilla rolls and yummy chipotle tofu flautas.

If middle eastern food is more your palette then you can dig into their dim sum pack which features mouthwatering mushroom bao buns, mock duck rolls, and pumpkin dumplings. It doesn’t even stop there! They also have a tempura vegetable nest pack too!

For those of you who prefer the traditional turkey style dinner then they have a range of vegan pastry based parcels filled with vegetables and even a few bbq jackfruit and fiery options to spice things up a little.

Aldi also have a cauliflower wellington with garlic, turmeric and ginger for an Indian flavour, this seems very Tesco inspired as they released a similar wellington too!
